Once receiving your inquiry, an initial on site meeting at your home is scheduled at no charge. We want to understand your vision and the scope of work you are considering. Wether it be a small interlocking walkway or a large home addition, we are ready to hear you out.  From there, a follow up email is prepared for you covering project details and pricing estimates. If you like our ideas, we proceed to the next stage which is finalizing your design and starting material selections. This stage varies depending on project size and can be as quick as one follow up meeting or multiple meetings. 

Once the project is finalized we provide you with a detailed easy to read contract and ask for a 10% deposit. We then schedule you in at our earliest availability. If professional drawings and /or a Building Permit are required don't sweat it, we'll take care of that for you. We handle "Line Locates" for you before we commence any excavation. No need to worry, we carry full Contractor Liability Insurance and we have WSIB.
